The Prognosticator Is produced by Roland Fancher and David Fancher.  Roland Fancher has been involved in Michigan child support issues since 1979, and has served in an advisory capacity to the SCAO on child support issues over many years.  David Fancher is a professional computer programmer who handles the technical side.  Together, they try to bring you the best child support and spousal support calculation tools available.
